Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

You may only exchange or get a reimbursement on an item within 7 days of your receipt.
Items must be in original condition
Items must be unwashed and unworn
Products must be in the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

How do I return?

We make returns simple! To return your item/order, we simply ask you to provide us with the reason for return, the order number and item description/name using our general contact form (you can find the order number and item name under your account info, order confirmation email, or on your invoice). After the verification of your information, you will receive information to return the package to us.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, please allow 2-7 business days to process your refund
